Lincoln

Sara, a girl I met in Brittany last fall invited me to go at her place in Lincoln. I took the boat from Rotterdam to Humber-upon-Hull and spent the weekend with her. We took it easy, visited town, mainly the caste, went skating at Nottingham, so a calm weekend.

It was my first experience of travel by boat, it was special. More space than in a place, bigger sleepers than in trains, better meal... but longer, the trip last all night. And, if I haven't been sick, my stocmachwas not that well and when I went to bed it was far better, the return went well. |
